After failing to be drafted in the 2011 NFL Draft, Hills was invited to training camp by the Tennessee Titans.

Hills had a terrific season with the Sharks, breaking Jeron Harvey"s team record for receptions.
Hills was named a Second Team All-Arena selection in 2015. On October 21, 2015, Hills was assigned to the Sharks for the 2016 season.
