We emphasize delivery of quality legal services on a timely and economical basis, designed to meet the needs of residential and commercial property management.
Although much of our work involves court appearances, dispossessory cases and collection matters in State Courts throughout metropolitan Atlanta, we also handle a wide variety of problems and litigation commonly encountered by property management companies. The firm is committed to continued training and education of its members and clients on a wide variety of industry specific topics.
Seminars and training programs are tailored for the specific needs of each client and include comparative laws of other states in which the company does business.
