Johannes Koskinen

He is a member of the Social Democratic Party of Finland (Social Democratic Party). Koskinen has been a member of the Parliament of Finland from Tavastia Proper since 1991 and served as the Minister of Justice during two Lipponen cabinets, Jäätteenmäki cabinet and first Vanhanen cabinet from April 1999 to March 2005. He has been a member of Hämeenlinna city council 1989–2004 and again since 2009.
