Career
Alkin is best remembered for two roles: Doctor of Science Tom Daniels in The Sweeney and barrister Barry Deeley in the long running daytime television drama Crown Court. He also appeared extensively as a guest star in numerous television shows such as Z-Cars, Timeslip, Minder and Doctor Who.
