Head of the firm of Walker and Hall of Sheffield, silver, cutlery, and electro - plate manufacturers. Pays old age pensions, free of any contribution by his workpeople. President of the U. Hallam Conservative Association.
Inaugurate and President of the Sheffield and Rotherham Crimean and Indian Veterans' Relief Association. Twelve years Vice-Chairman of the National Fair Trade League. Still President for Sheffield.
