Edgbaston Oratory; Christ Church, Oxford, Master of Arts 1901. Bonn University. Graduated at London University, Bachelor of Arts 1892.

Career

Called to Bar, 1897. Member of the Dublin Commission for setting up the National University of Ireland, 1908. A keen advocate for the inclusion of the Irish language as an essential subject in the Matriculation Examination of the National University. A Junior Whip of the Irish Party since 1906. Member of Parliament (Nationalist) South Kerry k since 1900.
