Travelled in Algeria and Egypt. Spent 3 years in Rome. Ioined literary staff of Central News.
In 1883 acted as foreign editor and special correspondent.
In 18S6 became special correspondent of the Exchange Telegraph Company, and representative of that Company in Lobby of House of Commons during the eventful years of 1885-1892. Acted as special correspondent throughout the three kingdoms and in most parts of Continent.
Has twice visited Morocco and seen much adventure in Spain. Contributed largely to the old Pall Mall Gazette and the Westminster Gazette.
