He was Chief Executive Officer of Doctorate"Arcy Masius Benton & Bowles. He oversaw the merger of Benton & Bowles and Doctorate"Arcy MacManus Masius, then ushered in their drive toward globalization. He was inducted into the hall of fame following his retirement.
