Career
He signed for the Seagulls from non-league Bognor Regis Town in March 1987, making his debut in a 2-1 home defeat against Ipswich Town and supplied the cross from which Steve Gatting headed Brighton in front. Crumplin became the manager of Crawley Down Village, and quit to join Ringmer when they could not go up into the Isthmian League due to their facilities. He was appointed manager of Redhill in October 2008, then took over as manager at Walton and Hersham, but parted company with the club early in the 2010-2011 season.
