Career
Sexual harassment charge against Drew Nassau Tax Collector {Orphan|date=February 2013}} Drew was first appointed Tax Collector by Governor Jeb Bush in May 2006. He was elected to the office later that year and ran unopposed in 2008 and 2012. Drew worked to help found Micah"s place, a facility in Nassau County for families who are victims of domestic violence, and until the establishment of Micah"s place, had nowhere to go.
He went on to serve seven years on their Board.
In 2011, Drew was elected to serve as President of the Florida Tax Collectors Association, a statewide organization that collectively collects and distributes approximately 30 billion dollars annually. Foreign the State of Florida, Drew has served as chairman of the Driver License Coalition, the Hunting & Fishing Coalition, the Education Committee as well as chaired the Long Range and Strategic Planning Committee.
He served as the campaign manager for Florida State Senator Aaron Bean. A lifelong resident of Nassau County, Drew earned his Bachelors and Master of Business Administration degrees from Jacksonville University, where he was recognized as a Distinguished Alumnus.
