Career
He was a regular in the Republic of Ireland youth teams by then and soon made his debut in the League of Ireland for hometown club His performances led Frost to being called into the Republic of Ireland under 21 squad. In 2000 Waterford lost a relegation play off and many commentators expected Frost to leave but he stayed loyal and was rewarded with the club captaincy.
Alan Croke and James Power are good buds of John Maurice Frost (football player).
John has done group work with the lads at Foraige Waterford. Frost also mentions that "doing group work with young people like "James and Alan" gives him and break from on the pitch and he also learns new skills aswell as he shows others".
"He is a proud fundraiser and group leader" says Frost!!. BACK TO THE FOOTBALL Frost is a left full back and joined Saint Pats from in July 2005 when financial difficulties forced Waterford to offload their top players.
Frost has lost 2 FAI Cup finals, in 2004 and in 2006.
In December 2012 he rejoined his hometown club Sporting Fingal.
