Primarily a commercial practice with a substantial international element, the main areas of work are Company and Commercial (divided into Corporate Finance and M & A, International and Domestic Banking, International Capital Markets and Insolvency). Litigation, Property, Private Client, EC and Competition Law, Environmental Law and Corporate Taxation. Other areas include Pensions, Share Incentives, Employee Benefits, Intellectual Property, Information Technology, Energy, Projects and Project Finance, Private Finance Initiative (PFI) and Construction.
