Mr. John Street serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Pax8, Inc. Mr. Street served as the Chief Executive Officer of the Board of MX Logic, Inc. (alternately MX Logic, LLC). He oversaw MX Logic, Inc.'s corporate financing strategy and business direction. He has extensive experience in launching successful ventures in telecommunications and Internet messaging. He provided proven practical experience for ensuring a proper foundation for the establishment of a successful operation beyond the initial startup phase. He founded USA.NET, Inc. and served as its Chief Executive Officer from 1996 to 2000. He served as the Chief Executive Officer of Telephone Express, a provider of long-distance services, from 1987 to 1995. He served as the Chairman and Director of Mx Logic, Inc. He served as the Chairman of USA.NET, Inc. from 1996 to 2000. He served as the Chairman of Telephone Express from 1987 to 1995. He served on several boards and is involved in a wide variety of other startups ranging from fulfillment services to direct sales and marketing ventures. He also served on many civic boards and served as a Peace Corps Volunteer in the Philippines in 1980. He started his career at Arthur Andersen in 1978. He was an Entrepreneur of the Year recipient in 1995 as recognized by Ernst & Young and Merrill Lynch.
