Mr. Robenalt and Mr. Luzier focus their efforts on the representation of the institutional provider of long term health care services in all phases of the acquisition and development process, including the initial identification of available projects or Certificates of Need, through financing, construction, and subsequent certification and operation. A key to their continued success is the exploration and cultivation of unique alternatives to traditional methods of structuring health care facility acquisitions and sales.
