Admitted to New York bar, 1894, and began practice at Buffalo. Appointed member Inferior Criminal Courts Commission (the Page Commission), which reorganized the Magistrates’ Courts of Greater New York, established the City Court of Buffalo, et cetera, 1909-1910. Appointed a member Reconstruction communications of State of New York and served as chairman its commission on housing, 1919-1920.
