John Alfred Waddingham, American Artist, journalist. Recipient gold medal Salone Internazionale dell' Umorismo, Italy, 1974, 76, 80; honored with a 45 year retrospective Assignment: The Artistas Journalist Oregon History Society, 1991; winner Palme do Oro in three exhibitions, Bordighera, Italy.


Waddingham, John Alfred was born on July 9, 1915 in London, England. Son of Charles Alfred and Mary Elizabeth (Coles) Waddingham. came to the United States, 1927, naturalized, 1943.
