Founded by Bayard Cook and William Dishman, the partners opened their first office in 1915. In 1979, the firm merged with the firm of Harris, Harris & Andrews, founded by the late Ed W. Harris. This merger provided further development and expertise in the areas of Real Estate, Commercial Litigation, Wills and Commercial Law.
