While a federal prosecutor in New York, he was a member of the prosecution team responsible for the III-Winds investigation into Pentagon fraud and political corruption. Mr. Lauro now concentrates his practice in the areas of complex commercial litigation and white collar criminal defense. He has successfully represented corporate and individual clients in a variety of matters including those involving government fraud, health care, securities, tax, money laundering, financial fraud, and governmental law.
Most recently, Mr.
Lauro"s practice has expanded into representing physicians in regulatory and disciplinary matters.
