Founder/conductor The Jack Briggs Singers. Established Delaware All-State Junior Chorus, New Castle County Junior High School Choral Festival, Delaware Mid Schools Choral Festival for Public, Parochial, Private and Religious Schools. Honors choir staff member High School and Middle School.
