Construction in Kentucky, 1892-1894. With Washington & Georgetown Railroad Company, 1894, and continued with its successor, the Capital Traction Company, chief engineer, 1908-1916, vice president, 1916-1926, president since 1926. President Capital Transit Company, a new corporation organized to take over all st. railway and bus lines in District of Columbia, 1933-1937, chairman board since 1937.
