Our firm was founded by Marinus Contant, who was later joined by John M. Contant. In 1983 the firm merged with Scherby & Atkins.
This merger was occasioned when William C. Meehan was appointed a Superior Court Judge.
In 1991 the firm became known as Contant, Scherby & Atkins, after William P. Schuber was elected Bergen County Executive. We offer a wide range of legal services, with attorneys licensed to practice in New Jersey, New York, and Florida.
