Mr. Phelan served as an Assistant District Attorney in Philadelphia, following which he rejoined the law firm of Morgan, Lewis and Bockius where he was involved in major civil litigation matters.
Richard Biedrzycki, following a judicial clerkship with the Honorable Paul M. Chalfin of the Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia County, joined the firm of Cozen, Begier and O"Connor in 1980 as an Associate and was extensively involved in complex civil litigation matters.
Mr. Biedrzycki joined the firm of Phillips and Phelan in 1982 and has represented numerous major corporations in the oil, chemical and transportation industries in the defense of toxic tort and miscellaneous commercial and personal injury claims. He has also represented various companies and individuals in the defense of employment discrimination claims.
Jeffrey Pettit followed Mr. Biedrzycki to Phillips and Phelan in 1990 after working as an Associate and Partner for fifteen years at Hepburn, Willcox, Hamilton & Putnam.
