The firm, now known as Nurenberg, Plevin, Heller & McCarthy Company, L.P.A., consists of 25 lawyers and a support staff of over 40 additional personnel. In particular, the firm has been active in complex product liability cases, and particularly in Aviation crash cases, including multi-district litigation throughout the country.
