Worked at Wham & Wham (Centralia, Illinois) specializing in General Trial and Appellate Practice. Insurance Defense including Medical Malpractice, Automobile Accidents, Premises Liability, Products Liability, Negligence, Personal injury, Probate, Oil & Gas, Family Law, Wrongful Discharge from Employment, Eminent Domain, Workers Compensation, Age Discrimination and Civil Rights Litigation. (1902-1992)
The firm has been in existence for more than 100 years, having been founded in 1888 by William F. Bundy.
In 1912, Mr.
Bundy was joined in practice by Charles Wham, who became his son-in-law and partner. Fred L. Wham joined the firm in 1917 and was a partner until he became a Federal Judge in 1925. John Page Wham joined the firm in 1919.
In 1947 James B. Wham and William B. Wham returned from World World War II and became partners.
Richard A. Cary joined the firm in 1973, followed by Janie F. Smith, Jennifer West. Price and Daniel R. Price, all present members and partners in the firm.
