Organized, 1912, and since president Southwestern Oil Corporation. Moved office to Tulsa, 1916. President Gilliland Oil Corporation, First National Bank (Holdenville, Oklahoma).

Vice president Guaranty State Bank (Muskogee). Director First National Bank (Tulsa), State National Bank (Oklahoma City), Drumright (Oklahoma) State Bank.
