Graduate Medford (Massachusetts) High School, 1883. Studied with Calixa Lavallee and Thomas Tapper, Boston, 1884-1890. Teacher Meadville (Pennsylvania) Conservatory, 1890-1892.

Studied abroad, 1892-1893.

Career

Organist St. Luke’s Church, Scranton, Pennsylvania, 1894-1911, Park St. Congressional Church, Boston, 1911-1913, director of music, National Cathedral School, Washington, District of Columbia, 1913-1933. Concert organist and pianist, also teacher.
