Sandelson is one of the principals behind the recent acquisition of large parts of the Queensway district of West London with a view to the redevelopment of the area. Sandelson"s previous projects include GuestInvest, now in Administration, a project at Carlyon Bay, near Saint Austell, Cornwall, and the acquisition and redevelopment of Somerset Place in Bath.
