Career
He currently serves as a Senior Research Associate. His area of expertise are in large-scale computational science, premixed combustion, astrophysical combustion and astrophysical hydrodynamics. The astrophysical systems he currently studies are: the physics of Type Iowa supernovae, bubbles in galaxy clusters and fragmentation and wind-interactions in disks.
He has also recently worked on the physics of mixing and enrichment in novae, detonations, galaxy formation, and efficient and accurate numerical techniques for studying these phenomenon.
