Letten worked as a partner of Blake Dawson Waldron, an Australian law firm, and was associated with its Melbourne practice. He later practised with Lander & Rogers in Melbourne, where his work has included occupational health and safety law, personal injury litigation, and workers compensation matters. His professional recognition has included listing in The Best Lawyers in Australia from 2013 and recognition as Lawyer of the Year for Personal Injury Litigation in the 2023 edition.
