Career
A lock forward, he previously played for Llandovery Reconstruction Finance Corporation Bath, Llanelli Reconstruction Finance Corporation and the Scarlets before joining London Welsh. In June 2013 he joined Sale Sharks. Mills has represented Wales at Under 16, 18, 19 and under 21 levels.
He has also represented the Barbarians.
