He went on to attend the University of California, Irvine where he majored in political science and drama. Bogris began his career while still in college, appearing in commercials for brands such as Pepsi, Kodak, MGD Beer, and Taco Bell. He worked his way into television and then into film, with roles in New York City Police Department Blue and most recently appearing on Fox"s Rake and Home Box Office"s The Newsroom.
He has written and directed independent films including T.A.To.E in 2002 and Le Shakedown in 2007.
T.A.To.E was selected by Slamdance and Le Shakedown played at various festivals in the United States and Europe. He is currently in development on a feature length project
