Scouted by Image at the age of 14. Barrett was scouted when he was 14 by a model scout from Image Australia. When thinking he had strayed the card, Barrett"s mother discerned it and then contacted the agency through e-mail.
The model scout signed Barrett and was invited to photograph Barrett at his home in Byron Bay, Australia.
He"s known for his frequent resemblance to the American actor Leonardo DiCaprio. Barrett previously stated that his favorite photographer is Steve Klein.
