Loayza has spent his entire career in the Liga de Fútbol Profesional Boliviano. His former teams include Jorge Wilstermann, Blooming, Real Potosí, Louisiana Paz F.C., Oriente Petrolero, Real Mamoré, Nacional Potosi, and playing lastly for Universitario de Sucre. Between 2000 and 2003, Loayza had 2 appearances with the Bolivian national team
