Administrator of the Hacienda "Pacochuma,” inspector general of the three haciendas which comprise the Granja “Modelo Puno,” 1921-1928. Chief engineer of the Hacienda “Chuquibambilla”. Construction engineer of the “Granja Escuela Cuzco,” Kcaira, 1928-1929.

Director ad interim of the same, 1929-1930. Director since 1930. In charge of the Military Infirmary of Xalapa.
