Worked at Cuatrecasas (Barcelona) specializing in All areas of Spanish and European Economic Community business law, including corporate, commercial, taxation, foreign investments, capital markets, finance, regulatory including environmental law, labour law, intellectual property including software licensing and protection, anti-trust law, litigation, criminal law, bankruptcy law and company restructuring. Member: Barcelona Bar Association. Cuatrecasas founded in 1917, is presently the largest law firm in Spain with a total staff of 314 (29 partners, 200 lawyers, 5 of counsels, and 80 support staff).
