Woodlands Wellington FC
Joseph Ronald was the fitness coach for the Rams from the 2006 S-League season up to the 2009 S-League season. Among the players that he coached while at Woodlands Wellington were Singapore nationals Goh Tat Chuan, Hasrin Jailani, Yazid Yasin, Agu Casmir, Fadhil Salim, Itimi Dickson, Daniel Bennett, Masrezwan Masturi, and Ahmad Latiff. S-league top scorer and Player of the Year in 2007 Laakkad Abdelhadi together with "S-League 100 goals Scorer" Park Tae-Won are among others.
Medan Chiefs
Joseph Ronald was the fitness coach for Medan Chiefs from 2010 to 2011. The Liga Premier Indonesia was started with much fanfare with the signing of marquee managers and players such as Lionel Charbonnier who represented France in the 1998 World Cup, José Basualdo who played for Argentina in both the 1990 and 1994 World Cups, Pierre Njanka who played in the 1998 and 2002 World Cups for Cameroon, Lee Hendrie the ex- England and Aston Villa player and Amaral who represented Brazil at the 19996 Olympics among others. Among the players he coached while at Medan Chiefs include current Singapore captain Shahril Ishak, Baihakki Khaizan, Laakkad Abdelhadi who was joint top scorer of the league with 13 goals and Luis Eduardo Hicks.
Mohun Bagan AC
Joseph was the fitness coach of Mohun Bagan AC for the 2012 season. Among the players that he coached while at the club were Indian nationals line Nirmal Chettri, Syed Rahim Nabi, Jewel Raja and Arindam Bhattacharya. Terengganu FA
Joseph joined Terengganu FA as the fitness coach of the team for the 2013 Malaysian Super League season.
Among the players he coached while at Terengganu include Malaysian nationals Zubir Azmi, Abdul Manaf Mamat, Ashaari Shamsuddin, Ismail Faruqi Asha'ri and Mohd Faizal Muhammad. Nay Pyi Taw FC
Joining the Myanmar League team on 1 January 2014, Joseph was tasked with preparing the team for the up-coming MNL Season and also the clubs first foray in an Asian level competition with the team participating in the AFC Cup 2014. Nay Pyi Taw FC qualified for the 2nd round of the AFC CUP and made the finals of the MNL Cup 2014 even though the team was going thru financial problems during the season.
