Ordained, 1880; curate, St. Mary’s, To thill Fields, Westminster, 1880-1886. Abandoned clerical profession in latter year, and became Secretary of International Arbitration and Peace Association. Honourable Secretary, Friends of Russian Freedom, and Editor of Free Russia.
Member of Social Democratic Party. Member of Committee of Humanitarian League. Scribe of the Johnson Club.
Is an active Socialist propagandist, and frequent lecturer on Socialist and humanitarian subjects. Secretary of the International Arbitration and Peace Association (Incorporated).
