Studied at Jesuit College, Limerick.
Made first appearance in public 1891, in opera Ivanhoe. Continued there till close of Royal English Opera House. Engaged in 1893 by Sir Augustus Harris, and was retained by him for three years.
Singing at Drury Lane and Covent Garden as principal tenor in all the grand operas. Has sung at all the principal concerts in London and the provinces. Toured three years in United States of America.
At present principal tenor with Moody Manners Opera Company. Operatic tenor.
