He came from war-torn Sierra Leone to Florida at the age of 15 in 2004. College
Toby played college soccer at the National Collegiate Athletic Association Division II level at Flagler College, majoring in Communications. He attended school there from 2008 - 2012, playing 80 games throughout his college career and racking up 25 goals and 22 assists as a midfielder.
Professional
Toby previously played for Arizona United in the USL Pro.
Toby signed with Jacksonville Armada Football Club of the North American Soccer League on February 2, 2015. He was released by Jacksonville in November 2015.
