Ruggieri earned a Bachelor of Arts from Villanova University in 1973. He subsequently received a Juris Doctor from Temple University in 1977.
Career
Following his graduation from Temple University, Ruggieri was admitted to the Pennsylvania bar in 1977 and to the New Jersey bar in 1978.
