Vice president Liberty National Bank (now New York Trust Company), New York, 1917-1929.

Resigned, president Chemical Securities Corporation, 1929-1932. Executive vice president Chemical Bank & Trust Company from 1932. Vice chairman of the executive committee Chemical Bank & Trust Company, chairman Trust Committee.

President Detroit International Bridge Company. Director Safety Car Heating & Lighting Company Life trustee Rutgers University (resigned 1944).
