The emphasis of this general practice is in three areas: estate planning and related aspects of probate and administration.
Zoning and real estate including the representation of developers and major wireless communications companies before zoning and permitting boards throughout the state. And business organizations including the structuring of limited liability companies and corporations. Litigation is limited to these areas of practice.
