An Future Farmers of America A-Licence coach, he currently manages the Football Club Y-League team He played for Palm Beach for 9 years. He also played for the Brisbane Strikers before being signed by the
In 2005 he signed with A league club where he was a first team regular.
He played 16 games in his first season with the club
In 2010 he retired from professional football. He played 90 games, scoring 5 goals despite playing as a defender.
In 2015 Josh returned to the as their under 18"s Academy/QAS head coach, after coaching the QAS side for 2 years. Josh managed the Queensland NTC program in 2014, and stood-in as assistant coach for the U17 Australian team (Joeys) and the Socceroos on tours in 2015.
In the 2015/16 season, he is coaching "s Youth Program, while assisting first team coach John Aloisi and assistant coach Ross Aloisi.
