Her expertise lies in offering skilled nursing, therapy, and cognitive care services, with a particular emphasis on post-surgical therapy and memory care. Joy's commitment to enhancing the lives of patients with cognitive impairment led her to develop the groundbreaking Brainworkstm cognitive therapy program. Prior to her role at Village Home Care, Joy served as the Chief Operating Officer of Mobile Medical Industries, Inc., where she played a pivotal role in the company's expansion and success. She was responsible for operations, new branch development, marketing, and sales, and demonstrated exceptional leadership skills in securing significant equity capital and driving revenue growth.
