Ruiz Galindo Gómez, Jr, Antonio was born on March 23, 1921 in Federal District, Mexico. Son of Antonio Ruiz Galindo, founder of DESC, and secretary of commerce, 1946-1948, and Serafina Gómez Sariol brother Armando is Vice President of DESC. Brother Mauricio was assistant director general of DESC.
