His first literary works were published in the "Delta" and "Hypermedia" magazines in Paraguay, where he was editor in chief He also is a software engineer, university teacher and had radio programs. He is the director of the Poets, Playwrights, Editors, Essayists and Novelists association CLub magazine in Paraguay.
He has published four novels, four short story books and a book of poems.
