Juan Fabian is a legal Counsel Born in the Dominican Republic, he started working very young as a groupie at the Sheraton Casino in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. He then traveled to Switzerland and worked as an insurance agent for many years. He then founded the Latinos Social Club, a club for newly arrived Latinos in Switzerland. This is how he found his passion for the legal field of migration and criminal law.
Currently, he is studying law at the International Valencian University of Spain. At the Escuela de Postgrado de Ciencias del Derecho he is also doing a Master in International Migration Law.
He already completed various studies and certificates at different universities and prestigious Swiss institutes: IFE Mediation Center, Mediation Seminar; University of Zurich, Migration Seminar; University N/W Northwestern Switzerland Olten, Migration and Social Welfare Seminar; ZHAW, Court and Authority Interpreter; Harvard University Boston USA, Law and Justice Certificate, among others.
Although his field of law is European, Swiss and American Aliens Law, he is going towards Criminology, Forensics and Legal Medicine to become a Prosecutor at the end of his studies.
