On April 14, 1997, Mr. Entrecanales was appointed as the Vice Chairman of the Board of Acciona Group, which is a Spanish conglomerate dedicated to civil engineering, construction and infrastructure. He is also the president of "Servicios Urbanos Integrales, South America" and a director of "Tivafen, South America" and "Grupo Entrecanales, South America".
