Career

Ran third leg of the 4x400 relay at 2010 IAAF World Indoor Championships in Athletics in Doha, Qatar

400m Silver Medalist at 2005 Carifta Games in Republic of Trinidad and Tobago. Also helped the 4x400 team to a bronze medal. Silver medalist at Carifta Games 2006 running second leg of the 4x400 relay in Les Abymes, Guadeloupe setting a Bahamian National Junior record in a time of 3:08.56.

Ran at 2005 IAAF world youth Championships and 2006 IAAF world junior Championships without making the finals.

2011 Indoor Salt Lake City Championships Got Gold in 400m in a time of 48.28 and silver in the 200m with 21.96.

• Advanced to the National Collegiate Athletic Association West Region Preliminaries as the anchor leg of the 4x100 relay team.Helped the 4x100 relay team win at the Southland Conference Championships with a time of 40.13..Placed fifth in the 400m at the Salt Lake City Championships with a career-best time of 47.59..Also scored points by helping UTA to a fourth-place finish in the 4x400 relay..Responsible for 7.75 points at the Salt Lake City Championships..Also competed in the 200m at the Salt Lake City Championships..Finished second in the 200m at the North Texas Classic with a career-best time of 21.42..Helped the 4x100 relay team win the John Jacobs Invitational and finish second at the Texas Christian University Invitational..Also guided the 4x400 relay team to a first-place finish at the UTA Invitational. INDOOR: Scored 5.75 points at the Salt Lake City Championships by placing fifth in the 400m and finishing eighth in the 200m..Won the 400m at the Wichita State Shocker Quad with a time of 49.39..Turned in a season-best time of 48.11 in winning the 400m at the Texas Technical Invitational..Also turned in top 200m time of the season at the Texas Technical Invitational, clocking a 21.78..Part of the 4x440 relay team that finished second at the Sooner Open.
