Bremer Martino, Juan José was born on March 22, 1944 in Federal District, Mexico. Son of Juan José Bremer, well-known law professor at National Autonomous University, and Cristina Martino grandson of Roberto A. Bremer, a businessman, and Julia Barrera. Uncle, Guillermo Bremer Barrera, was a member of National Action Party.
